Designing an F1 Car
Sessions
Vroom vroom, it’s your time to zoom 🏎️
Have you ever dreamed of designing your own race car? Get ready to bring your imagination to life in this hands-on summer workshop for 3rd and 4th graders. Over five action-packed days, curious kids will learn the basics of engineering and design as they plan, prototype, and build their very own model race cars.
Led by an experienced engineering mentor, you'll gain project management skills as you turn your ideas into reality. We'll nurture your executive function and critical thinking, while also building technical skills like simple mechanics and physics. Each day we'll introduce new concepts to help you bring your unique racer to life.
At the end of the week, you'll get to present your race car prototype and explain the engineering behind your design. We'll celebrate all our young designers and engineers with an awards ceremony for the most creative, fastest, and best engineered model cars.
Join us for a week of tinkering, designing, and racing excitement! This workshop is specially crafted to nurture little learners' creativity and to give them the confidence to build.
