By the end of this course, students will have accomplished one 500-1000 word sports journalism article on a topic of their choice. This will include interviewing 3-5 sources, doing outside research, and gaining an overall sense of the industry. If this is a marketing workshop, students will present a case study on a company of their choosing and what is successful/needs work based on the principles and foundation of marketing.
