Ethical Explorations: Introduction to Moral Philosophy
This workshop aims to provide students with an introduction to moral philosophy, exploring the views advocated by many of the field’s most influential figures such as Aristotle, Kant, Bentham, and Mill, as well as many of their contemporary proponents and critics. It covers a wide range of concepts, terminology, arguments, and methodologies utilized in modern moral philosophy in the hopes of granting students a spectrum of lenses for analyzing theoretical and practical moral quandaries and providing essential tools for young minds attempting to construct and express their own answers on how to live the examined and ethical life.

By the conclusion of this course, students should have produced a final essay in which they examine a contemporary moral dilemma and provide a solution and justification for their solution.
